Chicken Pot Pie
1 16oz. can mixed vegetables (I sauteed some carrots, celery, and corn...my boys don't like peas and I am not a fan of mixed frozen or canned veggies)
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 cup milk
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 read made pie crusts
Mix all the ingredients and spoon into pie crust.
Top with second pie crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
