I think spring has finally arrived here in Minnesota...which means the days are longer, which makes for more time to blog and read blogs - yeah, right. But I'm going to try and join in on the fun of 5 Minute for Mom's Ultimate Blog Party.
Hi! I'm Sarah...the lover of naptime.
I used to think that naptime was when I could get a little me time to blog among other things. My first son, Charley(6) was a great napper...but my second child decided napping needed to stop at the age of 2 1/2...and with the addition of our third (Sydney - born January 2011), we aren't quite on a nap schedule yet...so to say the least...this mama isn't really getting any naptime breaks.
FOR THE LOVE OF NAPS!
My blog is my little place to share my reflections on life as a wife, mom, and woman. I love that my blog allows for me to find a wonderful moment each day to celebrate, while also keeping it real and sharing in some of the realities of motherhood. I also love to share pictures, recipes, offer fun activities to do with your children, and just ramble on. So take a look around and I hope to find a minute to stop and visit you if you leave your info. I am always looking for inspiration.

Hi Sarah!! Visiting from the UBP! Let me tell you... my little man has never liked napped, and I don't think that's about to change anytime soon!!! My next one better love sleep :) It's nice to "meet" you, I look forward to reading more!
Hi Sarah! Saying "HI" from the UBP! Love your blog.. especially the "F" word post. How great is that .. F.. for Focus! I think our focus changes as the kids grow.. and as we grow. Napping (mine both stopped at 2.5yrs)..and it sucked at the time. Now they are 10 and 8 with attitude. I miss my babies, and nursing a little one and reading The Hungry Caterpillar! I still don't get a lot done.. if it's not one thing it's another. I love your bottle of red (oh I focused right in on that! LUVS). I guess my focus right now is on doing the things that I like, nurturing my interests so I can be a better Mom, wife, daughter and fried! Great meeting you! Happy Blogging!

I think naps are great if you have one or two kids that are spaced apart. Anything more than that, though, and the logistics are hard to work out. I know I spend most of my daughter's naps just trying to keep my 4 year old quiet, and that's obviously not very relaxing for me. Oh well. I think I may have been by before, the name sounds familiar, but I'm glad I got swing back by again from the UBP!

I love naps, too -- unfortunately, both of our children gave them up at age 2. They do still have "quiet times" every day, though. ;D

I love naps too! Too bad my 4 year old never falls asleep anymore! At least I have some Mommy-time to craft and sew when my 2 year old is down :) Following from UBP!
