What's for Dinner? .....beef stroganoff

My friend Jessie made this meal for our meal exchange this month.  It made the house smell so yummy.  And we all LOVED it.  It is one of those easy meals to make - I call it a dump meal because it consists mostly of just dumping some ingredients into the crock pot and letting it cook.  Can't beat that this time of year when you have so many other things you are juggling.

Beef Stroganoff

1 to 2 pounds of stew meat
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cans button mushrooms
1 cup sour cream

Mix everything, except sour cream.
Place in crock pot on low for 5-6 hours; add sour cream the last 1/2 hour.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
