Our girl Syd...

If you need some redecorating done....
Well don't call on this smiley girl.
Although, maybe now that her bangs are trimmed she can see .....

And will now realize what is wall, chair, wood door....and what is paper.
Just sayin'

Markers are taking a break in our house.

Our girl is a spit fire.
I told Ed I don't take her to the library with the boys and the goal of checking out books.
She runs laps and I have heart attacks when I pause to catch my breath and she has rounded yet another corner and for a second I think, "Where is she?"
So this weekend Ed wanted to see what the big deal was...
And he experienced it.  And understands.

But, at her little school class, when I leave her for 45 minutes to partake in some adult conversation in a room with a window into her little world...she takes her sweet old time nibbling up far too many cracker snacks.
Queen of the snack table.

Syd loves her Daniel Tiger cartoon and she can sing one song in particular,
"Grrrowwwwwn Ups, Comeeee back!"

Anytime anyone leaves the house she clarifies that "Mama? comeback.  Daddy? comeback.  Charley? comeback?  Henry comeback.  SYDNEY!  comeback!"

She also says "hugga-mugga!"  just like Daniel does.  It is a phrase used to show love on the show.  When Syd says it she puts her hands up like this and says it in the cutest voice and shakes her head back and forth.  It is incredibly precious and silly.

So even though scrubby walls are on my agenda for today.
How can you not love this little "hugga-mugga" squealing pretty girl.

We are in the midst of the honeymoon stage of the horrific "daylight saving time."
All three kids slept til 7am.  Heavenly.  But I know by Friday everything will be a mess.

Henry has a little play date with his new school friend.
Sydney is wearing just her onesie, for the fourth day in a row.
And I am fairly caught up on laundry and will hope to tackle a bathroom or two today.

I didn't make it past her cute smile!! It seems each of your children have unique personalities. Where that maybe challenging, the variety must be fun too! Sounds like more blog material is in your future!! :-)
