What's for Dinner Wednesday: Bubble Pizza

Bubble Pizza ( Thanks Peggy for the fun kid friendly recipe!)

2-4 cans of biscuits (I used two on a night when Ed wasn't home and we had alot left over)
Pizza Sauce
Pizza cheese
Toppings of your choice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1.  Cut each biscuit piece into 4-6 small pieces and throw in a greased 9x13 pan.  (2 can filled this nicely)

2.  Pour some spaghetti sauce on and toss to coat.

3.  Throw on some toppings and cheese and a little more sauce so it doesn't dry up.

4.  Bake for 15-30 minutes until dough is cooked through.  I had to test the middle a few times and throw back in.  Maybe I filled the pan too full.

Then when you scoop out the pizza it separates into fun bite size bubbled up pieces of pizza.  My kids all loved it and this will be one of my go to meals when I have nothing planned because it is easy and quick.
