While on our trip, I call it a trip because it was a working trip for Ed.  

It was his job that gave us the opportunity to escape for a wee bit.

And one evening while we were watching for the "green flash" that appears after the sunset...I think it means a profitable future or something.  

Anyways, while I was trying to snap pictures of the sun I saw this lovely couple taking pictures of each other.

So I handed Ed my camera and wandered over to offer up my finger so that I could push the shutter button and they could BOTH be in the picture.  

Such a gift to have a picture of the two of you. 

We stood and chatted for a bit with them. 

This was their first time in Naples.

So we acted all fancy and shared a little of our years of experience with our hotel and the town.  

It was a nice moment.  

Then as the sun really began to sank we just gravitated back to our own spots on the sand.  

And they happened to be standing in front of us.  

And I realized,  I hope that's us someday.

Enjoy them in every season.

It will be 10 years this July.
