What's for dinner?.........Ham, broccoli, and cheese stromboli

Ham, Broccoli, and Cheese Stromboli

2 cups cubed ham
1-2 cups shredded cheese
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup ( I use a little more) cooked broccoli
1 package of frozen pizza/bread dough

 Pizza crust

3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 package of regular or quick active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
3 Tbsp. olive oil or veg. oil
1 cup very warm water

I mix them all together in my mixer and let it knead for 5-8 minutes.
Cover with saran wrap and let rise for a good 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
I then take it out and knead it a little by hand on a lightly floured surface.

Roll it out into a large rectangular shape.  9 x13 type size

Filling:

In a bowl mix the cooked broccoli, cubed ham, and soup.
Pour in the crust and then fold over the dough so it meets on top and pinch so it is cinched tight.  You don't want it to leak.
Put a few slits in the top.

Bake at 400 until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes!)
