Monster?

Charley has a play date this afternoon. Here is part of the conversation I hear:

Friend: "Hey, what is making that noise?"
Charley: "What this? (making the toy beep again)"
Friend: "No that other noise."
Charley: "Oh, that is our laundry."
Friend: "Oh, I thought it was a monster or something."

Me: "Me too, honey. Me too."

We are due for some new glorious machines....just like his mama just got.
