Yeah, won't be doing that three times a week until after I start my lap swimming thing which begins in a week. Just laying down on the floor flat with my arms stretched above my head...well I will be honest...that hurt! HAHA! Hey, I had a baby only 8 months ago so I know my body can stretch but just not in the pilates movements YET!
