Grace in Small Things and a commercial break...

Hi all!

I feel back! I left on vacation with all day morning sickness and I have returned full of energy. I have made balanced meals the last two nights and only feel a little yuck after dinner. YIPEE! The boys and I have been cleaning and sorting toys. I am finding grace all over the place so will throw in a quick list right now.

But, before I do that I wanted to give you a heads up that I am playing around with some design and format on my blog so you might notice things being a little out of sorts. You will also notice a link on the side that will bring you to a second blog that will now be where I post reviews and giveaways. I will let you know on my main blog when there is an opportunity going on over there...or feel free to become a follower or subscribe! But because of some things I am going to try on my blog I needed to move my reviews and giveaways off my main page.

So stay with me. I feel like myself again! So exciting!

Grace in Small things....

1. Today we spent 4 hours at the pool with friends who we used to see daily but have been missing for a long time. HOT day and sitting in the zero entry cool water, chatting, and watching our children in pure bliss is what summer is all about.

2. Sweet corn...I emailed some moms in my neighborhood yesterday looking for a local sweet corn resource. 8 pm last night our neighbor just happened to stop over with a bag of corn from his garden. He owns the farm right by the local pool and I just was so excited to be given such a yummy gift.

3. Salt water taffy

4. Tired boys who fall asleep quickly after a long day. Which means that Ed and I can enjoy some quiet time. We just started watching season 1 of Prison Break...recommended to me by my sister and many friends.

5. Clean feet...up north doesn't gift you with clean feet ALL. WEEK. LONG. So to spend 4 hours in the pool today means...my feet are back to their natural color.
