Even a 2 year old knows who to cheer for!

This weekend we are enjoying the company of some friends while their parents get away for a little anniversary celebration. Tonight during their quiet time activity this is what I overheard.

Background info:
Ed went to a Twins vs. Brewers game today at the new Twins Stadium. As the kids were quietly working on designing zoos with animal stickers, large pieces of white paper, and crayons & markers...I heard this conversation:

Charley (age 5): When do we get to see daddy?

Emma (age8): Not for a while. Baseball games are really long. So are football games.

Charley: I have been to a Packer game!

Emma: Cool!

Emma: I have been to a Viking game!

HENRY (age 2): Why? (with a puzzled look)

We have raised our boys well. Go! PACK! Go!

Well done, Sarah! Our loyalties lie elsewhere, but we have successfully taught our toddler to say "Go Mets!" and "Boo, Yankees!" It's important that they are indoctrinated thoroughly and early! ;)

That's cute!

Outside of our home teams, my husband and I have a bit of a rivalry between 2 football teams. Maybe this year I can finally sway the kids towards my team!
